Official Rules

Eligibility. Only retail customers over 18 years old who have (1) purchased; (2) taken delivery; and (3) paid in full for the vehicle, in the form of cash, check, or completely executed finance or lease documents; during the calendar month immediately before the drawing will be eligible and entered into the drawing. Any requirements to obtain financing must be completed prior to entry. Wholesale, fleet and dealer to dealer transactions are not eligible for the drawing. Employees of O'Daniel Honda or Turnpost Creative Group and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Prize. The retail customers whose name is drawn monthly will receive a $2,500 check. The monthly winner will be entered into a final drawing for $10,000. The check will be made payable to the individual or individuals listed as "buyer" on the Nebraska Motor Vehicle Purchase Contract. The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes due for an awarded prize.

Random Drawing. A winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. By entering the drawing, participants agree: a) to be bound by these rules; b) that winning is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements of these rules; and c) that the decisions of O'Daniel Honda shall be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Timing. The monthly drawing will be held within five (5) business days of the end of the month and the date of the drawing will be posted at www.odanieladvantage.com. The final drawing will be held within ten (10) business days of January 1, 2011 and the date of the drawing will be posted at www.odanieladvantage.com.

Notification. Winner will be notified at the time of drawing by regular mail, e-mail and the results of the drawing will be posted at www.OdanielAdvantage.com.

Release. By participating in the drawing and/or accepting a prize, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless O'Daniel Honda, and its affiliated entities, and the foregoing entities' employees, representatives, and agents (collectively "Releasees") from and against any actions, claims, loss or damage of any kind ("Liability") resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participant's participation in the drawing.

Advertising. By participating in the drawing and/or accepting a prize, each participant consents to and gives O'Daniel Honda the right to interview, photograph/videotape a winner, and in perpetuity to freely and exclusively use, publish, and display a winner's (and where applicable a participant's) name, address, entry form, picture, portrait, likeness, video, statements, quotes, biographical information, and prize information (in whole or in part, as may be adapted, edited, or modified, as solely determined by O'Daniel Honda) for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes, without review, notification or approval, all without additional consideration, unless prohibited by law.

Conditions. If for any reason the drawing cannot be held as planned, O'Daniel Honda reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing without obligation or prior notice. O'Daniel Honda may, in its sole discretion, determine the winner via random drawing from among all valid entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension.
